10-11-16 – MEADOW RIVER TRAIL
Due to historic flooding on June 23, the Meadow River Trail remains closed. One trestle was washed out in the floods. Despite this set-back, the Greenbrier County and Fayette County Commissions purchased an additional 6.4 miles to the original 16.7 miles purchased for a total of 23.1 miles. The Meadow River Trail crosses county borders and will connect the towns of Nallen and Rainelle.
