Beaver Creek Trail is primarily fine gravel, with segments of the trail being the remaining pavement from Route 93. There are segments of the Trail that are smooth pavement and others with deep gravel, providing a variety of hiking and cycling terrains to traverse.

Beaver Creek Trail is approximately five and one-third miles long and very flat, with approximately 50 feet of elevation gain. The Trail provides many scenic views as it runs along Beaver Creek and through vast meadows, wetlands, wooded areas.

Parking for access to Beaver Creek Trail is located approximately 0.9 miles east of the intersection of WV 32 and WV 93 along US 48, just north of the town of Davis. The parking lot is gravel with a gated entrance to the Trail. The Trail ends north-east of the parking lot when the Trail meets Mettiki Coal’s private coal road.
